This double-arm rattan floor lamp by Louis Sognot from the 1950s is a striking example of French midcentury organic design. Known for his innovative use of rattan, bamboo, and woven reeds during the post-war era, Sognot transformed humble, tropical materials into highly structured, sculptural lighting. Height: 49 in. Length: 23 in. Width: 9 in.
